Shipping

We ship orders after price, payment and destination have been confirmed with Emily. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times depend on your country, so we confirm them for each order before dispatch.

• Vials are packed securely to protect them in transit.
• Packaging is plain and discreet.
• Tracking details are shared once your order has been sent, when available for the chosen service.

You are responsible for making sure the products can be legally imported into your country for research purposes.

Damaged or missing items

If a parcel arrives damaged, or an item is missing, contact Emily within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the parcel and vials. We will review it and arrange a suitable solution.

Returns

Because our products are sealed research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or used vials. Unopened items may be returned only after agreement with Emily, and the return shipping cost is normally paid by the buyer.
